"A tasty bargain" - Asda Extra Special Valpolicella Ripasso

I was impressed by the M@S Ripasso when offered a glass a while ago, so when I came across this in Asda I was quite hopeful. Happily, I was not disappointed. A lovely, refined red, reasonably full-bodied, but without the Aussie knock-out punch, and with a warmth and depth I've not often found at this price.
