What a great quaffing wine. Light in a Beaujolais kind of style packed with ripe cherry and raspberry fruit. Picked this up in Waitrose the other day for £4.86 which is such great value. Easy summer drinking, perfect for barbeques. Works equally well with sausages and barbequed salmon.

Not my kind of wine. Similar to the reds of Saumur and Thurasais. Must be chilled or it's not at all nice. Treat as a bouncy ros

Oddly, this wine tastes stronger than 12.5%. Completely overpowers any fruityness or depth. Won't be buying that again.

Red enough for those who like red wine and light enough for a rose drinker.

Yes it's a compromise but a very enjoyable one. Certainly worth the space in your fridge (let it warm up a little bit perhaps before serving).
