I have forgotten my Love That Wine username. How can I get it?

How do I view my account information?
To view your account information you must log into Love That Wine and click on the "My wine cellar" link at the top of the page.
Can I change my Love That Wine ID?
No. Your member ID is the single attribute of your Love That Wine account to which all other information is connected. Changing IDs would mean a loss of all reviews and account history and therefore cannot be done. If you have just registered and have not submitted any reviews , you may contact Love That Wine Ltd and request that your account be deleted. You may then set up a new account. Note that setting up a second account under any other circumstances is a violation of Love That Wine Terms and Conditions of Use.
How to I amend my user details?
To change the email address to which Love That Wine Ltd send you email alerts, click the Edit my Account Details icon on your Wine Cellar page. You can access the Wine Cellar page by clicking the Wine Cellar link at the top of the home page.
Does Love That Wine share my information with others?

Writing Reviews
How do I write a review?
On any product, topic, or review page, click the Write a Review link. You will be taken to a form where you can first choose the wine you would like to reveiw and then enter your review and submit it.
What are the requirements for writing a review?
In order for your reviews to be published on the site, you must be a registered member and have confirmed your account. If you have not confirmed your account, your review will be saved as a draft until you confirm.
Can I post the same review more than once?
No. Each product or topic must have a unique review.
Can I post more than one review on the same product?
No.
Does Love That Wine edit or delete reviews?
No. When you preview a review, the spell-checker and language filter will highlight any problematic words so that you can make your own changes. Once the review passes these automated checks and you publish it, it will be available to others. Love That Wine does not manually change the text of published reviews.
Love That Wine does not generally remove reviews from the site unless a review or its author is found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use or the Forum Agreement Terms.
How do I update a review I wrote in the past?
To update an existing review, you must firstly be signed in to your account. Once signed in, visit the review you would like to update and click Edit to the side of the review you wish to amend.
How do I delete a review?
To delete a review, you must be signed in to your account. Once signed in, visit the review you would like to delete and click the red cross to the right hand side of the review you wish to delete. You will be asked to confirm your request to delete, after which the review will be removed and cannot be restored. Note that Love That Wine may at some point limit or restrict the ability to delete reviews.
Can I post my reviews on other websites?
As stated in the Love That Wine Ltd Terms and Conditions of Use, you are free to publish your content wherever you choose. However, we ask that you refer or provide links to Love That Wine if you choose to republish your content elsewhere and that you do not publish the same items of content on both Love That Wine and other product or price comparison sites.

Do my reviews have to be positive?
No. Love That Wine wants you to be brutally honest in your reviews, even if it means being negative. Consumers who are trying to decide whether or not to buy a product need to know its good and bad aspects in order to make an informed decision.

How are top rated products determined?
All the products in a category or a subcategory are ranked based on their overall rating.
How is a product’s average rating determined?
The overall rating is calculated based on the following criteria:
· Average product rating
· Number of reviews about the product
· Recentness of reviews about the product
How do I rate a product?
look for the "Write a Review" link
· Write about your experiences with the product
· Fill in the "Select Your Product Ratings" section of the review submission form
Can I change my rating of a product?
Yes. If you have written a review of the product, go to the review and click Edit to the right hand side of the review you wish to amend.
How do I see a list of products I have rated?
To view a list of all the products you have rated so far, click on "sign in" or click "my account". Alternatively, once signed in, click on "my wine cellar" at the top of the homepage.
How do I see a list of products that another member has listed?
To view a list of all the products that another member has rated, click on the member's name. In addition, a list of a member's most recent reviews appears just below their personal information.
